collagen stimulator

COLLAGEN STIMULATOR GOLD COAST

We offer two types of collagen stimulators in clinic.

Collagen stimulator type R is comprised of calcium microspheres suspended in an aqueous gel carrier. The calcium microspheres are similar to minerals found naturally in the body, so allergy testing is not required. Once administered, it provides an immediate but temporary improvement in volume and lines, while stimulating collagen production over time. Over the following months, the product is gradually absorbed, leaving behind your body’s own natural collagen for a longer-lasting result.

Collagen stimulator type S is made from poly-L-lactic acid and works by gradually stimulating collagen production within the skin. Results develop progressively over time, improving skin quality, firmness and volume with a natural-looking outcome. A course of treatments is typically required for optimal results.

Collagen stimulation can continue for up to 12 months. These treatments are suitable for areas such as the cheeks, jawline, temples, hands, neck and arms, particularly for volume loss, laxity and crepiness.
