Rikki is a senior Cosmetic Registered Nurse and founder of Skin Forum. She has over 19 years experience within the Beauty and Cosmetic industry, having worked as a Skin therapist for many years before discovering her passion for cosmetic medicine. Rikkis high standard of care and natural ability as a cosmetic injectable specialist along with a passion for her work has been paramount to her success in the industry. Rikki is constantly refining and advancing her skills by attending international and national cosmetic conferences and has undertaken years of extensive training with industry leading Master injectors and leaders within the industry.

Meet Kylie, our beautiful clinic manager, bringing over 25 years of industry experience to our team, having previously worked at both a salon and corporate level for some of Australia’s biggest beauty clinics and more recently coaching salon business owners to achieve business excellence within their own companies. Kylies role within Skin Forum is to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic, overseeing clinical training, staff development, and nurturing our beautiful team. She possesses a deep passion for empowering the staff to achieve their professional and personal goals and to thrive in their roles at Skin Forum.

Steph is Skin Forum’s Operations Manager, bringing over 12 years of leadership experience across senior management, operations management, and area management roles. With a strong background in team leadership, business development, and systems management, Steph plays a key role in ensuring our clinics operate to the highest standard every day. Prior to joining Skin Forum, she spent 10 years managing a successful skin clinic, giving her extensive industry knowledge and a deep understanding of both client experience and clinic performance. Steph is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating exceptional client journeys, and driving continued growth and excellence across the business.

Registered Nurse Amy began her Injecting career with Skin Forum 5 years ago after working as an ED Nurse for many years prior. Nurse Amy was trained under the guidance of our senior Cosmetic Registered Nurse Rikki as well as the support and training from some of Australias largest Cosmetic Injectable training companies and renowned International trainers. Amy has a passion for skin and facial anatomy and thrives on learning and expanding her knowledge of Cosmetic Injectables and anti ageing procedures. Katie is a Junior Skin Technician with a passion for skincare and client care. After completing her Beauty Therapy qualification, she worked as a Clinic Coordinator before transitioned into the treatment room, where she has undergone extensive training through Skin Forum’s comprehensive education and mentoring program. Trained to our high clinical standards, she is dedicated to delivering safe, professional, and results-focused treatments while ensuring every client feels comfortable, supported, and well cared for. Introducing Kobi, a senior skin and laser therapist with a diploma in beauty therapy and comprehensive laser qualifications. Kobi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every treatment whilst also ensuring patient safety and comfort. Lauren is one of our talented Advanced Level Skin and Laser Therapists, known for her gentle nature and ability to make every client feel comfortable, cared for, and at ease. Meet Maddie. Maddie completed her Dual Beauty Diploma in 2016 and has been working within the industry as a Laser and Skin Therapist for the past 8 years. She is extremely passionate about skin health and places a strong emphasis on treating the skin both internally and externally to achieve long-term, radiant results. Alongside being an incredibly skilled therapist, Maddie is also our Clinic Trainer for Skin and Laser, sharing her extensive knowledge and experience with the team to ensure we maintain the highest standards of care and treatment. Introducing Meghan, one of our Advanced Skin Therapists. With extensive experience gained in one of Brisbane’s top skin clinics, Meghan brings a high level of skill, knowledge, and professionalism to every treatment. She is recognised for her advanced understanding of skin health, her meticulous technique, and her ability to tailor personalised treatment plans that deliver real, lasting results. Monique is one of our very talented Skin Therapists, with a passion for advanced skin treatments and advanced technologies. Mon loves to educate her clients while she works them through their treatment plans to improve their lives and self confidence. Monique has such a kind and caring demeanour and her clients truely love their time spent with her. Mon is currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing to one day work as a Registered Nurse Injector. Please note, Mon is currently on maternity leave until 2026.

Shannon is an Advanced level Dermal and Laser therapist with a passion for achieving advanced skin results for her clients. Prior to joining the Skin Forum team Shannon achieved recognition as the most outstanding Diploma student from her beauty academy and was honoured with the prestigious Valedictorian award as well as the Principals List of Excellence Award for her year. Shannon delivers a consistently high standard of care and professionalism in all aspects of her role and we are so proud to have her on our team. Taniel is one of our highly skilled Advanced Skin and Laser Therapists, with over 16 years experience working in some of Australias top clinics. Taniel has advanced knowledge of skin physiology and function as well as cosmeceutical skin care, and gets huge satisfaction in helping clients feel and look their best. Taniels expertise in our industry has seen her grow an extremely large and loyal client base over the years she has been with Skin Forum. Taniel is available to book at our Burleigh Heads clinic.

Meet Tahlia, our Assistant Manager and Clinic Coordinator at our Burleigh clinic. Tahlia has been part of the Skin Forum journey since its earliest days and has played an important role in the growth and success of the business over the years. Tahlia's primary focus is ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic while supporting both our team and clients. Having worked alongside our Director, Rikki, for many years prior to the founding of Skin Forum, Tahlia brings a deep understanding of the business and a genuine passion for the people within it.

Tara is an experienced Clinic Coordinator with a strong background in both management and client care within the beauty industry. As the Assistant Manager of our Chirn Park clinic, Tara plays a key role in keeping the clinic running smoothly while creating a warm, welcoming experience for every client. With a passion for delivering exceptional service, Tara will ensure your experience is seamless, comfortable, and enjoyable every time you visit.

Alice brings over 11 years of experience in the beauty industry, spanning hands-on therapy and salon operations across Tasmania, Victoria and now Queensland. As Clinic Coordinator across both clinics, she keeps everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. Alice is deeply passionate about education, with a strong focus on helping clients understand their homecare and achieve the best results beyond the treatment room.

With her warm and genuine nature, Liv has a wonderful ability to make clients feel instantly welcomed and at ease from the moment they arrive. With a background in corporate administration and many years of customer service experience, Tayla brings exceptional organisation, professionalism, and attention to detail to her role.
